What is the return policy?
We currently don’t offer refunds.
However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll happily arrange a return or replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to resolve it quickly.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes — all purchases are considered final sale unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. We always encourage you to check your item upon delivery before completing payment.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Orders are processed within 24 business hours, and delivered via Wakilni in 2–4 business days across Lebanon. You’ll get a notification once your order is on its way.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Orders above $40 are delivered for free. For smaller orders, delivery costs range between $2–$4, depending on your area and the availability of delivery drivers.
We work with our trusted partner Wakilni to keep rates fair — and you can always inspect your order before paying on delivery.
